Generally, the first hour after I wake up in the morning I can not eat a thing. Like my stomach is making me very clear that it doesn’t mean because I want to get up early he/she (Is a stomach feminine or masculine?) has to get up early too.
In the past, it often resulted very quickly in those easy, fast breakfast solutions that score a big 13 to 10 on the scale of unhealthy.
However, since a year or two I found out what my fav breakfast is.I make it in the morning and take it in a jar. By the time I get to work, my stomach finally wants to get some well-earned attention and I can start eating.
Meanwhile it has become such a habit that my colleague has taken over the breakfast idea. She calls it the “Evelienjar” at home. It is funny being there subject in the morning at their breakfast table.
But what is it exactly? A “Evelienjar”?
Well, I’d like to tell you! It’s tasty, easy ready and extremely healthy and leaves a satisfied feeling afterwards!
