A Healthy Milkshake for those “It’s too hot outside to eat” -days (Kelly)

You can drink a milkshake both in the morning at breakfast or at lunch. This one is very nutritious and delicious.

When it’s warm outside I’m not really hungry for a meal and then I sometimes replace it with a healthy milkshake.

INGREDIENTS: (1 person):

  • 1 banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • 3 tablespoons oatmeal bio
  • 300ml coconut milk

PREPERATION:

  • Mix all these ingredients with a blender and done!

TIP:

You can of course also use other types of fruit or another type of milk like almond milk.
